2. Ambition

You’ve probably seen plenty of males who don’t feel that well around a woman who’s more successful than they are, because it makes them feel shy and not strong and powerful.

However, that can be seen as a lack of confidence, which typically happens to younger people who are trying to achieve the career of their dreams and don’t like it when others are a few steps ahead of them.

However, a man who already has several life experiences, is confident, very secure in everything in their life, and knows what they want won’t be bothered by a woman who seems to have it all. They’ll actually become more motivated by her actions, and they’ll do anything to support her.

Believe it or not, men actually find ambitious women more attractive compared to those who don’t care that much about the future or about continuing to improve.

If you think that I’m rambling, I’ll give you an example: a few years ago, I felt weird; I was tired all the time, I wasn’t motivated at all, and all I wanted to do was lie on the couch, watching TV shows that made me laugh and didn’t put my brain to work. Basically, I was burned out.

My husband tried to support me, told me that I’d get through this, and helped me with everything he could. He didn’t say anything for a few days, but after a while, he got tired of me being a couch potato, so he came up with various methods to make me feel like myself again.

That’s not only because I’m his wife and he wants the best for me, but also because he felt something weird in our relationship, and he also admitted that he loves it when I’m driven by passion and work on my goals.

So take it from me: men over 50 are crazy about smart, ambitious women who work on themselves and their dreams!

  1. The more successful, confident, accomplished, self-sufficient, and SMART the MAN is, the less the WOMAN being smart is an attraction. The problem with most SMAT WOMEN is that they usally have STONG OPINIONS THAT MUST BE ‘CONSIDERED’. The problem is they are willing to ‘discuss’ the issue with their man FOR DAYS, until he sees that they are right! MEN WANT RESPECT AND PEACE MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!!

  2. Yes, a woman who is emotionally intelligent and has a very bright and positive attitude. That special someone that has patience with a man and how he appears in the morning when he bounces out of bed to get her coffee and enjoys heading off to work. Knowing how happy he is to provide for his family and cherishing every moment. A woman that is tough, resiliant and her man can love the heck out of her. Kiss her, hug her, squeeze her in public and she knows how proud of her he is. They love each other and the toughness of life together. It never ends and goes on forever to the next life.

  3. As a Senior Man of 75 years you are mostly right. Smart, conversational, partner in life, teammate are very important, but if a woman is 25+# over-weight, Not Pretty, Not Sexual, not affectionate, the relationship will not work for me. A wealthier woman is better for me because then she is not wanting suck off of me to make herself rich. I am not looking for a parasite but an equal partner.

  4. I had an amazing time with a man 57 about 2018. We traveled local to events, danced discovered new areas. Long story short: 6 1/2 yrs he gave me a ring to marry. Maybe 4 weeks later, he informed me his band will be playing 3 weekends a month (after Covet they p/u). Classic Car shows was his other Hobby. We had a wonderful relationship but I did not want to wait when he was available. Gave the ring back.
Turned it over to God for the man I should meet.
