We all want to be in a healthy relationship; that’s no secret. However, when it comes to what boundaries you must have in order to be in such a relationship, it’s a whole different story.

I don’t know about you, but I wish our parents would have taught us from an early age that we must love and respect ourselves in order to love and respect other people, too.

But more often than not, it doesn’t happen. More often than not, we find ourselves in relationships that don’t really represent our inner wishes and desires.
