4. Get physical
Whether you’re already interested in workouts and sports or don’t exercise much at all, the moment has come to try something new and trust me when I tell you that you’ll love it. This might be anything, from football to ice skating, from dancing to yoga, from rock climbing to spin classes.
These post-divorce hobbies include getting physical because it makes you feel good, keeps your body energized and moving, and is amazing for improving both your energy and mental health. And if you’re sad, anxious, or depressed about calling it quits, working out is going to do wonders for you.
Besides that, it is also a great opportunity to meet new people who have similar stories, goals, and expectations, so why not do something for your body and mind while making some friends at the same time? Count my friend and me in, because we would love to come!
