5. Being distracted

One of the first things you might do when you start thinking about other men is become distracted. Your mind goes to a different place, and you start fantasizing about a man who made you a good impression, or maybe you start thinking about a celeb crush or someone you’ve met at a grocery store.

You might notice that you spent a couple of minutes thinking about other men without being present in the things you were doing. I sometimes do that too, and I start feeling guilty, but then I remember that the human mind is complex, and sometimes you start thinking about different things without actually wanting to do so.
