2. They Have Already Sent You Lots of Apology Messages

Has your partner already sent you lots of apology texts? If your phone doesn’t stop vibrating and their name keeps popping on the screen, that’s a pretty obvious sign they regret cheating.

Your significant other is probably losing their mind because they know what they did and they are aware of the consequences it may have. If you don’t want to talk to him or her, that’s a normal reaction for you. Since you won’t talk to them, sending those apology messages is the only way they can express their remorse right now.

However, some text messages shouldn’t be enough for you to forgive your cheating partner. He or she needs to prove through their actions that they are genuinely sorry. Your partner should also be aware that you’ll need some time to accept the reality and reconsider the future of your relationship.
