5. Being distracted

One of the first things you might do when you start thinking about other men is become distracted. Your mind goes to a different place, and you start fantasizing about a man who made you a good impression, or maybe you start thinking about a celeb crush or someone you’ve met at a grocery store.

You might notice that you spent a couple of minutes thinking about other men without being present in the things you were doing. I sometimes do that too, and I start feeling guilty, but then I remember that the human mind is complex, and sometimes you start thinking about different things without actually wanting to do so.

Of course, things are different when thinking about other men actually transforms into talking to them and dating them, but that’s a whole different story that we might cover in a different article if you’re interested.
