1. You think about provoking your partner
When you try to test your spouse to see how much they can handle from you, that’s like playing divorce roulette. If you do things that you’ve never done until this moment, but you try to push your partner’s threshold, it’s possible that in your mind you want to file for divorce, but you’re afraid to say it out loud.
For instance, if you leave your phone or laptop open to a secret conversation with someone, such as a flirty DM you’ve received and even replied to, there’s a little hope inside of you that your spouse will discover it and maybe call it quits.
Or perhaps you want to do something like this just because you want them to notice that you’re open to someone new, so they have to take an attitude and discuss why you’ve been sad.
