20. Portland, Oregon

According to their data, Portland landed the 20^th spot for infidelity. This might not come as a shock given that it was named one of the kinkiest cities in America in another recent poll.

The nation’s capital ranked 19 nationwide for being home to many cheaters. For many, it is not a surprise at all. 18. Seattle

Seattle ranked 18 in Ashley Madison’s survey for infidelity, giving a whole new meaning to the phrase: “Sleepless in Seattle”. More than that, according to local station KING, the Emerald city is “the hub for commercial sex in the Northwest.”

17. Aurora, Colorado

The birthplace of nitwits Wayne and Garth from Wayne’s World has landed the 17^th spot for adulterous behavior. In the words of Wayne Campbell: “Garth, marriage is punishment for shoplifting in some countries,” it’s clear why Aurora has made it on the cheating list.

16. Bakersfield, California

Just north of Los Angeles, we have Bakersfield. The number nine city in California in terms of population. The population who prompted the suburb to the 16^th position for infidelity. There are more cheaters in Bakersfield than in Los Angeles, who hasn’t even made it on this list. Talk about preconceptions.

15. Anchorage, Alaska
