They argue and argue with you until YOU get tired of it!
You may think that it is annoying to have to bring up the fact that your partner never listens to you, but you may actually not be the problem. A tactic used by people who have no interest in hearing you out is to argue with you about the issue you are trying to discuss until you do not want to hear about it anymore. It is an annoying sign that your partner is not interested in listening to you and that you should be careful.
If they end up starting an argument about the problem every time you want to discuss it because you dropped the issue just so you could avoid having an argument, it is a red flag. Not only does your partner never listen to you, but they are not willing to work with you to communicate and compromise on anything, which can be a big sign that you should potentially consider if things seem to be getting worse between you.
