Just think of how much fun it would be to show them old movies, old music, or even how to write a check (who uses those these days?). All of a sudden, you are their knowledgeable, experienced mentor rather than just their exciting partner.

…Who doesn’t enjoy dating someone who is a cross between a student and a fan club?

9. No more midlife crisis

Forget about dying your hair bright pink or purchasing that fancy red car you’ve seen on “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.”. When you date someone younger, you may feel like you’re already reliving your youth (the best part is that you’re now mature, and you won’t be tempted to make the same mistakes you did in your “original” youth).

In my opinion, one of the best remedies for a midlife crisis is being surrounded by someone’s zest for life. Furthermore, when you have someone who actually finds your dad’s jokes funny, why need pricey therapy sessions anyway?

…But hey, don’t listen to me; I just want to put a smile on your face, not advise you against seeking a professional’s help!
