Their Body Language Changes Dramatically

If someone is lying and feels nervous, it’ll frequently show to some degree in their uneasy body language. They’ll shrug their shoulders, play with their hair, start sweating and try to hide behind physical objects like tables or chairs.

If you take the time to observe a liar, you’ll notice that their body language is suddenly strange, and they’re trying to hide something. When determining whether your partner is lying to you, pay close attention to what they’re doing with their hands.

For instance, when a liar becomes defensive or even hostile, they’re trying to turn the tables on you. They might also touch or cover their mouth.

A big red flag of lying is when a person automatically puts their hands over their mouth when they don’t want to deal with something or answer a question.

PISSED. THIS HAPPENED TO ME. YEARS AGO, PEOPLE TOLD MY EX LIES, SHE BELIEVED THEM WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR TALKING TO ME WHICH BROKE US UP.
I LOVED HER. IT BROKE MY HEART, SO SHE REALLY DIDNT LOVE ME.
IT WAS HER OUT TO USE THAT EXCUSE BELIEVING OTHERS WITHOUT TALKING TO ME.
SHE ACCUSED ME WHILE SHE WAS THE LIER.
