Marriages don’t last anymore because intimate life is non-existent
This is probably not a surprise for most of you, but it’s one of the biggest issues in a relationship. Being one of the most important aspects of a connection between two people, being intimate also connects the two individuals. That’s why it’s also called “making love.”
And most marriage counselors or psychologists say that this is one of the first issues addressed in a therapy session: “How often do you get intimate with your partner?” We all desire a physical connection, some more than others, and there should be no shame in admitting it. Before letting it become just another chore you must complete, talk to your partner about your needs and let them tell you about theirs.
Do you remember the first couple of times you met and went on a few dates? Today, instead of wanting to rip your partner’s clothing off, you look at them with indifference. Let this thought sink into your head… because this is one of the first reasons why marriages don’t last anymore.
