9. They Remove Their Affair Partner Completely From Their Life

If your partner has cut off all contact with the person they cheated on you with, it’s a pretty good sign they really regret their actions. It indicates that they chose you and that they consider their affair partner a huge mistake that has no place in their life.

If your cheating partner thinks this way, it also means that he or she doesn’t care for that person—that they don’t have any kind of feelings towards that other man or woman.

They obviously want you to leave that incident behind as soon as possible so you both can work on your relationship. The affair partner was, is, and always will be a huge mistake—one they (hopefully) don’t plan to repeat ever again.
